Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with AtoZMart. We ship across India from Jaipur, Rajasthan. Here is everything you need to know about delivery, charges and tracking.
1. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders across India – no minimum order value.
- Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets via PhonePe): free shipping plus an extra 5% OFF on your order total.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): available across India with a ₹40 COD handling charge, shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.
2. Order processing time
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
3. Delivery time
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
- Express delivery: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas may take a few extra days.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared with you. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
5. Delivery attempts & address
- Please enter a complete address with landmark, pincode and an active phone number so the courier can reach you.
6. Damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and package. We will help you with an exchange at no extra cost, subject to availability. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
7. Delays
We dispatch every order as quickly as possible, but delivery timelines can be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or other events outside our control.
