• Proof: For damaged or defective items, please share a photo or short video so we can resolve it quickly.
• Size Exchange: Need a different size? Reach out within 7 days and we’ll help you exchange it, subject to availability.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
• Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
• You’ll receive a confirmation as soon as your refund is initiated.

Good to Know

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items bought on final sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
